Developer 2.0 calculates IRR, NPV, Developer's profit, etc. for a real estate development project, using a small number of assumptions.  This program has been used by the author in the management of a large equity real estate portfolio for a major insurance company.  Most important of all, this is FREEWARE.  Do with it as you wish.

  7.     -Fixed minor bug in version 1.0 which caused crash in HELP window.

  9.     -ReWrote code to make application more robust overall.

  11.     -Made numerous aesthetic improvements.

  13.     -Re-compiled in LSP 2 to make faster, smaller code.
